How the referral offer works
A thank-you for recommending us, with no deadline. If a friend mentions they need a dentist in Point Cook, you can refer them whenever it suits.
01Refer from the Magical Smiles MyDentist app. Existing patients can refer a friend or relative, though not an immediate family member.
02Your friend books as a new patient. The referral is confirmed once they complete their first Check-up & Clean with us.
03You both benefit. You receive $100 practice credit towards your next treatment, and your friend receives complimentary Frequent Smiles enrolment when they join.
Referral credit is applied once the referred patient's first visit is booked, attended and verified by our team. Immediate family members of the referring patient are not eligible. A new patient visit is a fuller assessment: your dental history, an examination and X-rays if needed. A visit for an existing patient builds on the records already on file, so it's usually a routine clean or a specific concern.
Yes. You don't need to arrange anything with your previous dentist first. Just book in; if your old records would help, we can talk about requesting them.
Yes. Dental anxiety is common. We go at your pace, explain each step before it happens and can discuss whether sedation is clinically suitable for you.
