There's one rule to remember: attend a qualifying hygiene visit within seven months of your last one and your membership continues. That matches the six-monthly check-ups most people are advised to have anyway.
The MyDentist App and email remind you before your window closes. If more than seven months pass, membership lapses, and you can rejoin whenever you're ready.
Top-up gel is provided at each visit subject to clinical suitability, and declining a top-up at any visit doesn't affect your membership.
