Do I need to attend hygiene visits to stay in the program?
What happens if I miss a hygiene visit?
You have up to seven months from your previous hygiene visit to attend your next appointment and remain eligible for your whitening refill. If more than seven months have passed since your last visit, participation in the program may lapse. To continue receiving Frequent Smiles benefits, you may need to rejoin by purchasing another take-home whitening kit.
We recommend attending hygiene visits every six months. Whitening gel refills are provided during these visits, which helps you maintain both your oral health and the appearance of your smile over time.
